• Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the activity start date.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides.

• Notify organizers of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

• Respect fellow participants and the natural environment.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials and guides provided during activities are the property of OutdoorEnthusiast.

• Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials is prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer

OutdoorEnthusiast is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents caused by participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during activities.

• Disruptions caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
